Harvesting our Potential WFAN Mentee Application

Our sister farm, Grateful Plains, in Grand RIdge IL announces a call for women seeking farm mentorship through Women Food & Ag Network (WFAN) 2023 HOP program.

We are reaching out to encourage local candidates interested in small farm food and floristry production to apply for the WFAN Mentee position available as early as April 1, 2023. 

Candidates work closely with the farm manager over the course of 8-10 weeks on subjects as broad as what it takes to become a farmer across the board to detailed soil sampling and crop planning for advanced farmers seeking experiential learning to catapult their own farm operation.
