Out with The GOUT!

Like many of you, Tim and I began our journey to optimal wellness based on science and research showing the latest gain and lasting results. Our main goal was not to reach a certain number or run to a specific milestone. Today's Topic? GOUT.
For years, everytime I heard the word I confused it with gangrene, which is not at all related! Gout is an inflammatory issue sometimes referred to as a type of arthritis. While complications may lead to similar results, gangrene is death of body tissue due to blood flow.

First, think of flushing your body of inflammation. People often hear to cut out certain proteins, but we like to suggest choosing proteins wisely!
